Westway's Philadelphia terminal is located next to the Tioga Marine Terminal, Port of Philadelphia, on the western shore of the Delaware River, in the fifth largest metropolitan area in the United States. This terminal is serviced by the CSX, Norfolk Southern, Con Rail, and CP railroad. Westway is one of the few speciality chemical storage facilities in the area.
